Byron Forrester

Byron H. Forrester

Byron Forrester is a former law clerk for the Hon. Daniel P. Collins, chief judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona.

Byron started his clerkship with Judge Collins after graduating from law school in May 2015. In that capacity, Byron worked on both commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases, drafting rulings and aiding the judge in preparing for hearings. He also coordinated the externship program for Judge Collins. 

Since launching his legal career at Forrester & Worth in September 2017, Byron has co-authored an appellate brief to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and appeared in bankruptcy court for commercial clients. He has also represented clients in probate court in adult guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
