In his probate practice, John Worth represents licensed fiduciaries and trust companies serving as conservators and trustees. He represents personal representations in the administration of estates and beneficiaries of estates and trusts in protecting their claims and interests. He also practices probate litigation, related to adult guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. He holds contracts with Maricopa County to:
- serve as a court-appointed attorney for allegedly incapacitated individuals in probate court cases; and
- act as a guardian ad litem in mental health, juvenile, and probate cases.
